Internet. The one unavoidable downside of our new place is that we don't have it.
The good thing is that there is a store just a block away which offers internet to its patrons... maybe even non-patrons. I don't really know if you have to be a customer or not, but Ami says, "I'm not using their internet if I don't buy something."
I'm sure people come in here all the time to use this hotspot without buying anything.
